An organization whose perennial aim is to evolve and transform the current trend of planning and execution of works for Home Renovation , where monetary allocation, design concept and 'damage' control are extremely important in the process of implementing the works. The motion of which more often than not, results in unpleasant situations  like abandoned works, disagreements requiring arbitrators; delayed completion schedule; budget allocation  overshots which could be due to misleading fine prints.

More so, as it is commonly known and heard from frustrated home owners who complained of having to fork out extra sums of monies to complete the works.  These could range from 50% to 100% from the original budget.

2. To inform and disseminate up-to-date and reliable information (both technical & general) on building products to both home owners and contractors.
3. To deliver timely information to owners who are on the negotiating table with contractors.
4. To organise up-to-date information on product costs and proper pre-implementation quantity of works.
5. Provide an accurate and documented assessment of the quantity and quality of works.
6. Provide service to the neglected level of the industry as there are negligible written rules & regulation. 
7. Easier sourcing of finishing materials for contractors and hence enlightening their work commitments.
8. Provide both the home owner and contractor with a right perspective of the end product.
