- To inform and disseminate up-to-date and reliable information (both technical &
general) on building products to both home owners and contractors.
- To deliver timely information to owners who are on the negotiating table with
contractors.
- To organise up-to-date information on product costs and proper pre-implementation
quantity of works.
- Provide an accurate and documented assessment of the quantity and quality of works.
- Provide service to the neglected level of the industry as there are negligible written
rules & regulation.
- Easier
sourcing of finishing materials for contractors and hence enlightening their work commitments.
- Provide both the home owner and contractor with a right perspective of the end product.
